FAQ's
I love a good natter so if you have a few questions and would like to have a chat about anything that you have seen or are still looking for, please get in touch. Otherwise, here are the answers to some of the questions that I often get asked... I hope it helps!
How do we book?
For weddings the most simple way is to fill out the form on my contacts page and I will get back to you as soon as I can to let you know my availability. I will require a £175.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your date in my diary. At this point, I will also send you a contact which needs to be signed and dated to secure the booking.
For Life Moment shoots, the easiest way is to either drop me an email, whatsapp or a message via my Facebook page.
When will we receive our images?
I aim to get all fully edited wedding galleries back to my clients within 8 weeks. For Life Moment shoots this is usually around 4 weeks although I love the editing process of my job so I usually can't wait to get stuck in and work all hours to get them back to you even quicker!
With any type of shoot, I will always aim to get ten sneak peeks to you so you hopefully feel even more excited about the full gallery!
How do we receive our photos?
Again, this differs for Weddings and Life Moment shoots. All Weddings will be presented to you on a USB stick in a lovely little presentation box but will also be available for you to view on my online viewing gallery. I will email you a link to this gallery when it is ready and you can then easily share this with your family and friends.
Life moments shoots will be displayed on my online viewing gallery for you to see and then you can opt to purchase either digital files or prints separately.
Do we meet before our shoot?
With a wedding, yes! Part of your package is a pre-wedding shoot or consultation and these can either be done at the same time or separately if you would rather. With Life Moment shoots, I don't tend to meet you before hand but if a video call would put you at ease then absolutely, let me know and we will arrange it!
Are you insured?

Yes, Rabbit House Studio Photography is insured through PolicyBee covering my equipment, professional indemnity and public liability among other things. I would always recommend that all couples get their own wedding insurance.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, I offer payment plans to suit you, this gives everyone a chance to have wonderful photos and pay in part. You will receive your images once I have received the full balance.
How many images are included in a shoot?
For all of my wedding packages, you get a digital copy of all of the images that I individually edit and that make the final cut. This is around 500 (less for shorter packages, more for full day coverage) and will be given to you on a USB stick in a keepsake box.
For any of my Life Moments shoots, one 10x8" print of your choice is included and this can either be collected from my studio or I can post it out to you. The shoot cost is a deposit to secure your session and then images are purchased separately after your session, either in packages or individually in print or digital format.
For mini sessions, the number of images, digital and print forms, will vary depending on the type of shoot.
Can I use the images on social media?
You may use any of the images that you have purchased, on social media. If you have not paid for an image, you do not own the copyright which means that they do not legally belong to you. Once you have bought the images, you may use them as you wish. I do ask that any of teh images that you purchase are not altered in any way (as according to your contract) and that you use the web-size downloads from the viewing gallery and not the ones I post on social as they will lower the quality due to the low resolution. It is always nice to have a tag or mention on socials too!
