How do I book?

For weddings or any other kind of shoot, the easiest way is to fill out the form on the 'Contact' page and I will get back to you as soon as I can to let you know my availability.
Once we have discussed which package best suits your needs, I will send you a contract and the return of this and a £175 non-refundable deposit will secure your date and make take you one step closer to getting married!

Do we meet before our shoot?

For a wedding, yes! I hope so! Part of your package is a pre-wedding consultation and this is such an important part of the process. These can be held face to face (sometimes even at the venue), or online and it gives us the chance to chat through your plans and visions and to make sure I know what is important to you on your wedding day!
Often, I also video call couples who are thinking about booking. There is a lot of info on my website and sometimes it's easier to talk these things through. Get in touch if you would like to chat!

When will we get our photos?

For a wedding, you will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 8 -10 weeks (sometimes less depending on what time of year and how busy it is!)
Your USB will take a little longer as I send these out quarterly, however, all of your images will be available to you on the online sharing gallery in the mean time.
For Life moments, family and newborns, you can expect your images within 2-3 weeks.

How many pictures will we receive?

For a full day's wedding coverage, you can expect to receive anywhere between 600-800 photos. There are a lot of factors that can effect the total number of images you receive from the time of year and the lighting to the amount of time we have to spend photographing different parts of your day. The weather and the number of guests as well as your priorities are also contributing factors. For the shorter packages, around 300-400 is a realistic number.
With family and newborn photos you can expect to receive around 40 images using a mixture of both colour and black and white.

Do you use any Artificial Intelligence?

No! I absolutely don't! Every image that you receive is selected and edited individually by me! There are no short cuts here! I am passionate about giving you authentic and personal images that tells the story of you guys, as I witnessed it.

Are you insured?

Yes! Absolutely! Rabbit House Studio Photography is insured through PolicyBee covering my equipment, professional indemnity and public liability among other things! I would always recommend that couples take out their own wedding insurance.

Can I use my images on social media?

You may use the images that you have purchased on social media. If you have not paid for an image, you do not own the copyright which means that they do not legally belong to you. Once you have bought the images you may share them as you wish, I just ask that you do not edit or alter them in any way (as according to your contract). It is always nice to have a tag or a mention when and if you do share!

Can I opt out of having my images shared online?

Yes, 100%! You just need to let me know and I will make a note not to share them on my social media pages. If you are happy for me to use them on my website but just not on socials, that is fine too! I totally get it, the world can be a scary place!

Will our online gallery be password protected?

By default no. I love to share my work and it is great for my marketing. It is the best way for my future clients to see my work and know what kind of images they will get. It is important that you book a wedding photographer whose style you love and the best way to judge that is to see their past work.
But your privacy is very important to me so if you want your wedding gallery password protected just talk to me and it can be arranged.
